Important Information
Payment
Include a purchase order number or method of payment before delivery. Should the rental period extend beyond the initial agreement, an amended purchase order or balance will be required. Please allow 2 working days for delivery after receipt of cheque or purchase order.
Damage
When returning a spica product, you are agreeing to take responsibility for the goods issued to you. Unacceptable levels of damage will be charged for at the cost of replacement parts.
Decontamination
All rental chairs are decontaminated in accordance with MHRA DB2003 prior to refurbishment/re-issue
Spica Returns
When the spica is ready for return disassemble the chair and pack into the bag and box provided. Contact chunc on 01432 377512 to arrange the product to be collected and decontaminated.
