Once payment has been received, your chair will be dispatched within 10 working days. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.
Assessments
One of our seating specialists will meet with you to understand your postural needs, take any necessary measurements and discuss the right chair for you. It’s a relaxed, unhurried process and you’re welcome to bring family members or carers along.
We come to you. Assessments can take place at home or at a hospital, whichever works best for you.
All assessments are carried out by our experienced seating specialists, who have the knowledge and expertise to find the right solution for complex postural needs.

2 Week Free Test Drive
A test drive gives you the chance to try a Chunc chair in real life for two weeks, so you can be confident it’s the right fit before committing.
Once we’ve identified a suitable chair through your assessment, we’ll arrange for you to take it home and use it in your everyday environment for two weeks.
No, the test drive is completely free of charge.
At the end of the two weeks, we’ll check in with you to see how the chair performed and discuss your next steps, whether that’s going ahead with the chair or exploring other options.
The test drive follows on from an assessment, so our team will have already identified a chair that suits your needs before the trial begins.
